SIP Trunks – Provider Connectivity Made Easy

SIP trunks connect your PBX to the public telephone network. GonoPBX supports registration and IP-based authentication and makes setup as easy as possible.

Supported providers

GonoPBX works with any standards-compliant SIP provider. Tested with:

  • Plusnet (IPfonie) – Registration with SIP credentials
  • Sipgate – SIP trunk with registration
  • Deutsche Telekom – All-IP / SIP trunk
  • easybell – SIP trunk with registration
  • Any other RFC-3261 compliant SIP provider

Setup

Step Action
1 Settings → Lines → “New trunk”
2 Choose provider type (registration or IP auth)
3 Enter SIP server, username, and password
4 Save – check registration status

Available since the first release. Trunk management is a core feature and continues to evolve with every release.
